Tuition and Finances* a. Tuition Unless otherwise specified*, Tuition for TWSM is as follows: $25.00 per credit plus books, tapes and/or class materials - Audit $40.00 per credit plus books, tapes and/or class materials - Certificate $50.00 per credit plus books, tapes and/or class materials - Diploma $60.00 per credit plus books, tapes and/or class materials - Advanced Diploma b. Terms of Payment Unless other arrangements have been made, tuition and matriculation fees must be paid on or before entrance to courses. Students may pay by cash, check, money order or with a valid debit or credit card which they school accepts at the time of matriculation. Payment plans, may also be arranged. Call the school to work these out.c. Refund Policy A student dropping a course[s] which is offered live or withdrawing from the school after registration without completing the appropriate forms and receiving the consent of the Registrar will not receive a refund. Students may change[credit or audit] or drop courses at any time during the first three weeks after the first day of a live class. When a course is dropped or withdrawn from (and no substitute is taken), the following refund policy will apply: 1. No refund for application, registration and Advance Standing Evaluation fees 2. Refund of tuition is as follows: 90% will be credited during the first week of classes 70% will be credited during the second week of classes 50% will be credited during the third week of classes NO REFUND will be credited after the third week of classes. NO CHANGES from credit to audit after the third week of classes. 3. Because online classes are open ended and can be completed at any time, no refunds will be given for online courses. Students may, however, petition to substitute online courses. Credit for online courses will not be given unless they are completed and paid for in full. d. Returned Check Fee There will be a $25.00 charge on all checks returned. e. Transcript Fee First..............................Free Subsequent....................$5.00 f. Scholarships Scholarships will be awarded based upon the availability of funds to assist the needs of the student. Students must request a Scholarship Form to complete at which time the eligibility will be determined.
